FileUp enables users with a Web browser to upload or transmit files from their local hard disk to a Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) Web server. The ability to browse for a local file and upload it a Web server has been around for a while, but FileUp takes it to the next level. Installation is simple and complete, and integration is invisible. The program comes with a complete manual with plenty of documentation. This is complemented with a very extensive sample page, including many working examples of supported transfer methods so that you can instantly check out what the transfer will look like and how the upload is displayed. Just a few of the different variations include multiple-file transfer, displaying a progress bar, uploading via the Transaction Server, uploading and offering the ability to rename a file if it's a duplicate, and controlling the allowed file types. This is a very complete package that can even include login with user and password if you purchase the registered version.
